She completed her BA degree in Psychology at Brown University, USA, and her MA degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is a member of Psike Istanbul. She continues her psychoanalysis training under the supervision of the International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA). Between 2012 and 2016, she was one of the editors of SURET (Journal of Psychocultural Analysis). She has been a member of the Editorial Board of SURET since 2016. She was also a member of the Editorial Board of Psike Istanbul Psychoanalysis Library between 2017-2021. She is the editor of the books "Gender, Gender Identity and Sexuality" (2013) and "Separation" (2017) published by İstanbul Bilgi University Publications (Psike Istanbul Psychoanalysis Library Conferences series). Between 2010-2023, she worked as a psychotherapist and trainer at İçgörü Psychotherapy Center. She currently conducts individual psychotherapy work with adolescents and adults in her private practice.
